Beautifully appointed rooms with traditional touches. 8,7 Upon arrival we were informed that we had been double booked and taken to another hotel which we we later learned was of significantly lesser value. After letting the staff know of our disappointment we were later informed that a room was available and transferred to the Petit Villa. Upon arrival it was immediately apparent the higher standard of Petit Villa to the other hotel to which we were taken. The gardens and ponds are stunning. As too are the pool and dining areas. The rooms are beautifully appointed with traditional touches throughout. The table & chairs, small couch and safety deposit boxes in the room were appreciated as we had read previous reviews suggesting that these were not available. Although the bathroom was beautifully designed the hot water was luke warm at best and the water pressure was weak. All that said this hotels best assest are its friendly and professional staff. Special mention should go to our tuk tuk driver for the temples. Overall a fantastic place to stay in Siem Reap.

The little things really counted like complimentary cool drinks delivered to the room after a long hot day of exploring, tuktuk drivers who were always obliging and a very late check out to suit our itinerary. Our room was beautiful and the surrounding gardens and pool lovely. The price ( low season) was very reasonable!

Exceptional staff - very friendly and welcoming Exceptional customer service - very friendly staff, Lovely pool and garden, Oasis on calm 8,7 We had a fantastic stay Petit Villa. From the start the staff were very attentive and friendly. They could not do any more to make our stay in Siem Reap fantastic. Unfortunately we were ill for one day but we felt very much looked after. I think the customer service at Petit Villa is exceptional - the staff even invited us to their Khmer New Year party which was great fun. The hotel is small and lovely. The pool and garden area is peaceful and the perfect place to relax after a busy day at the temples. The room was nice, big, cool, clean and stylish. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a friendly, lovely place in Siem reap.

It is not far from Wat Bo and pub street. Staff are lovely and the spa offers a nice sets of massage types. Further, there is restaurant. It is a little refuge for the horrible afternoon sun and the hordes of tourists that assault Angkor temples.
