Suite Room has 2 levels. And It is big and comfortable. But little bit old than other brand new hotel in CBD. Staffs are so kind except their english skills. Price is really good.

This hotel is like entering a London Royal Palace. Beautiful antique style decor. Attentive staff. English speaking staff. Romantic evening atmosphere with grand piano background music. Short walk to shops and a local McDonalds.

It was just okay
The hotel needs renovation, the bathroom doesn't flush well, but for the money it is of good value, feels grand, luxurious.

Not recommended for non smokers

The hotel looks extremely impressive outside however when you get inside you start to smell cigarette everywhere, lobby, fitness center, restaurant, and of course worst thing is that you smell in your bedroom. I have such a torrid time here in this hotel. The room smells horrible from the smell of cigarette and from the toilet. No internet usage for 2 days during my stay. Staffs cannot speak English at all. They are okay , not that friendly but you would expect better from a big hotel like this. Overall very poor and overrated hotel in my opinion.
