Good location. Nice room, great bed and comfortable pillows. Swimming pool too cold to be able to swim longer.

Location is perfect

Attitude
There is no queuing pattern or system. Counter adviser simply take whoever walks in or cut in front. Front desk is not polite. I'm a customer, I don't owe the hotel anything or the staff!

the concierge is terrible
Originally we were supposed to have a good stay, but it was all ruined by the inattentive and terrible concierge service next to the front desk. We bought food that requires refrigerator, we called first to inquire if the front desk could put the food in the fridge and they said yes. Then we gave our food to the concierge and remind them again that it has to be put in the fridge. When we return to the hotel ready to pick up our luggage and the food, we discovered that the food was hanged on our luggage outside the hotel, and everything got rotten. We were very angry since it's a waste of food (we could not eat it again after it's exposed in hot weather for so many hours) so we complained to the concierge manager. The manager distrusted us and treat us like we were lying. We were furious and disappointed about how Royal Garden Hotel treat its customer and reluctant to apologize when it's their staff's fault.

It was nice staying here.
It was my third time staying at this hotel and I thought their survise skills were getting better than previous time.
