Yosef D. Ärireisijad Indonesia, 18. mai 2013. a.	Great artistic hotel Cool design, clean and comfortable bed 9,7 I had a pleasant stay at artotel Surabaya. Unfortunately it is only for one evening since I have to go somewhere else. I would definitely stay there again if i go to Surabaya.

Hotel has nice art design Good design, Clean and simple room, welcome staff in receptions. 6 I am staying at Artotel for doing business trip in Surabaya (east java), i found this hotel as recommendation from my colleague. Hotel has nice design overall. Reception staff also warm welcome. For room, its bit small ( i took the 20sqm room , its has few choices of room size ). The minus from this room is no refrigerator/mini bar. Plus point : internet is free with good speed, breakfast has good coffee (machine)that for me is important to have good coffee in the morning, and friendly staff, quite surrounding so not much noise while you were sleeping.

Cons: wall and door are not thick enough so we can hear noisy kids yelling and screaming in the hallway, no fitness center

The staff were friendly & very helpful, the hotel was colorful, comfortable and extremely unique and the restaurant was fantastic. Everything about the stay was perfect! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The 1st 2stays were done in a period of 6 months & I was generally happy with it. That's why I was sharing all the good things about this hotel with my friends and decided to stay again in Artotel with friends during a conference in Surabaya recently. Still loved the art touch in each rooms...but, this time the bath towels smells like it's not properly dried. We ordered room service, paid with cash but the staff could not provide us with the bill. After a while, we realized it should not cost that much, and we called back to the coffee shop and asking for the bill.
