A little bit noisy, can hear train in room. but compare to the price--It's ok then. Staff in info center really offered me bunch of travel tips! thank her again here.

Public transportation is easily available and cabs are quite cheap in Taiwan. It is somewhat sleazy, as evident from the condoms provided with the hotel as well as the option of a 'rest' stay, but most of the other hotels in the area offer similar options. The furnishing and bathroom attachments are quite old but functional. Try to check out earlier as there is only 1 lift which can get blocked up due to large number of checkouts. Do not attempt the flight of stairs. I tried that and wound up in the basement with a number of dead bugs and having to make my way up to the 5th floor again.

But Close to Taichung Railway Close to Railway and Ko Kuang Bus 5,3 Hotel Lo Fu is a budget hotel, hence you cannot expect nice amenities but the rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. It's only about 5 mins. walk to Taichung Railway Station and to U Bus and Ko Kuang Bus. Travel by bus within 8 kilometers is free by just using Easy Card.Hence you can hop on and hop off a bus without losing a single cent from your card if you travel within 8 kilometers.

It's located near to the bus & train station making travelling from one place to to another with ease. However, the cleanliness of the room is one major disappointment. There is cockroach inside the fridge in one of my friend's room.
