Worawut C. Paarid Thailand, 5. mai 2013. a.	Luxury quiet romantic Luxury Quiet Romantic hotel 8,7 Good location, quiet surrounding with nice landscape and design. Good for relaxation and dining. Swimming pool is incredibly beautiful and romantic.

The hotel is quite big with lots of greenery and nice landscaping. The room is also larger than average. The swimming pool was a bit small though. The hotel had a gym and mountain bikes to hire. There was also free wifi. Location: We were happy with the location since we selected this hotel for tranquility and to just relax by the pool or stay in the room. However, for those that wanted activities, the hotel is quite far from the city (30 mins drive) and other activities. So if you are coming to this resort, it may be a good idea to hire a car from the city or the airport (since hiring the hotel car to get around can be expensive). Dislikes: Sleep quality was not so good since the aircon blows quite strongly onto your head when you sleep on the bed. (maybe it was just the room i was in). Also the hotel didn't offer any tours, and you have to negotiate yourself with the hotel driver where you want to go. So hopefully the hotel can improve on these.

Paarid Australia, 14. aprill 2013. a.	relaxing, peacful, private setting Staff, Room Size, Plunge Pool 8 While the photos of this resort on various websites look magnificent in reality the resort does need some TLC, however, the slightly aged looked does not take away from the ever helpful, smiling staff, great location for peace and quiet, if you are looking for fun and action then stay in Chiang Mai. The room was spacious and well appointed, the highlight for us was the private plunge pool which really allowed almost complete privacy. As mentioned the staff were well trained and any request was handled with a smile and dealt with efficiently. The big question is, would we stay here again and the answer is YES

An oasis paradise with awesome infinity pool Excellent location for relaxing minds 9,3 we stayed at the villa with a plunge pool and it was a vacation we ever dreamt of. if you have to choose between the pool or the room on the upper level with jacuzzi, i urge you to pick the pool. the view overlooking the green fields from your own room is a million dollar view and we did enjoy a large degree of privacy despite our room locating on the lower level. the hotel is only 5 years old but it looks very dated so keep that in your expectation when you check in. however, you could tell so much thoughts are given when they designed this lovely oasis, i can't put all the details in here but i would recommend you all to check it out yourselves. there are two shuttle buses going to the town and each journey takes about 25-30 mins and traffic is usually light. request for a late check-out till 3pm and took a hotel car back to the city for around 900 thai baht. breakfast buffet offers great variety of choice and they have slightly different selections every day. suggest stay one or two nights in the old town before going to veranda, lovely stay afterall.

Poor service standard of staff Pool was small and look old 3,3 Absolutely disappointed in staff service start from front staff that make we feel like we come to disturb them and we book table for dinner at Rabiang cha we need to wait at less 20 minute to get drink and food it terrible, prawn have bad smell , we order 4 dish some too sweet, some too salty and after we got 4 dish it no more service from staff we need to call every time when we want to make a new order even they stand up near by my table and for breakfast staff come to clear the dish while I'm eating without asking me in my dish still full and they take it away 2 time but for the empty dish no one clear it .... What's wrong !!!! I expect to get service better than this from five star resort but it 0% here. Will never come back again

I would highly recommend this resort for relaxing around the resort it is of the highest standard and we were totally satisfied with this resort and the wonderful staff that looked after us during our stay.

Gorgeous setting, beautiful location Natural surroundings, forests, trees, landscape, quiet, peaceful, serene 8 we enjoyed our stay very much but as with all hotels the check-in and check-out is a long drawn out affair that detracts from otherwise wonderful hotel. checking out we had to wait while housemaid checked mini-bar - took 15 minutes - we already informed the hotel of our consumption but they have their process driven by accountants rather than customer experience concepts - it was a negative, we will go back to ping nakara hotel for future visits to chiang mai pillows: very bad, no selection or range, all the same signage: all around the hotel the signage is very poor, not easy to find your way around breakfast: outstanding, staff and food both are exceptional, the view incredible pool: right below the restaurant, not surprising no one uses it, its too public gardens/landscape: outstanding, they have taken the idea of the four seasons of 20 years ago and made it even better rooms layout - excellent bathtub - outstanding Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Driving around the Bang Pon area of the hotel is just beautiful scenery.

Good Food and service. Room is large with good decoration. but a bit far from town. Must have personal car for your convenient. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Night market on Ta pae Road : Interesting food and souvenir.
