Nice hotel that's close to the beach Close to beach; clean, good sized room; not too far from (or too close to) the nightlife 8 The hotel is very nice and a very short walk to the beach. It has a very nice pool and a great kids area that we rarely used but would be good on rainy days. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the centre of the nightlife, which we thought was about right. If you are only interested in the beach, the beaches in Karon and Kata are much nicer than Patong. It was about a 20 minute taxi ride from the hotel to Kata Beach.

Very comfortable, would stay again Comfort, location, staff 10 Would highly recommend this hotel to a friend, the room was very clean with a comfortable bed and good view of the ocean,the decoration in the hotel was amazing and you can tell that the hotel has been well maintained.

Location is good, near patong beach and there is a mini mall opposite the beach. A little noisy at night due to the music from Hard Rock Cafe. Not a problem for our children. Didn't try out kids club, pool is shallow good for children. Breakfast was ok, tried to order room service one evening but no one pick up for about 30 mins. Dragged the tired kids to the cafe and food was below expectation.

Üksikreisijad Australia, 23. märts 2013. a.	great hotel 3rd time ive stayed here great breakfast, friendly staff, good location 7,7 I have stayed here 3 times in the last 12 mths and recommend the hotel to anyone , I know there are much cheaper hotels around Patong but I need a good Breakfast to set up me day as im a single guy looking for a great time ( ie the night life rocks ) for me anyway ! this hotel provides this for me so to be honest this was a big part of my reason for coming back time and time again . the deluxe room that i usually stay in is very comfortable ( no complaints there ) and if you Have a family there is a great activity area specially for the nippers! great fitness centre and swimming pools too - although on the last two visits the main pool on level 3 had some issues and was out of action for a few days ??? the staff speak good English and are very friendly - so all in all a great Hotel for the money you pay

Firstly, the room floor wasn't clean when we get the room. We have to get housekeeping to clean the sandy floor. When the housekeeping staff came, the mop he used stinks! Secondly, the bed was full of sand. We felt itchy throughout the night. Think the bedsheet wasn't changed for a long time. Thirdly, we have requested for an extra blanket and we have to call the housekeeper 4-5 x over 2 days for the blanket!
