The room is large, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is amazing, with lots of options. But the highlight of the Hotel is definitely the swimming pool! You just can get away from it, and you are going to need it because Hoi An is really hot! The Hotel is located in the mid way between the city (About 1km) and the beach(An Bang)(about 2.5km) which makes it really easy to get to know the area. The only down thing on this Hotel is that they charge very expensive prices for bus tickets, we trusted them and paid much more than pretty much everywhere else. So before buying anything with them make a research first, otherwise youll end up paying more for the same thing!

A good value for money, nice swimmingpool Swimmingpool, rent bycicles / motorbikes and shuttle service to Hoi An city centre or Danang Trainstation 6,7 We enjoyed our stay in Southern Hotel & Villas. There is a nice swimmingpool, however the standard rooms are really basic without a great view. According to the website there sould be a locker, but it fact you can only leave your valuables at the reception. It is great that you can rent a bycicle for only 1 usd or a manual motorbike for 4 usd. The staff is ok, but could be more polite though.

A quiet oasis, very close to the Old City swimming pool, clean room, large bathroom 8,3 we spent 2 nights in this hotel, and we found that it was great value: room was spacious and clean, we had a lovely view on the garden, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly (except one person) and helped us with booking of a bus to Hue, as well as with some advice on what to see and where to go. The highlight was the swimming pool, which is rather big compared to other hotels we've been to in Vietnam.
