The towels weren't freshly smelling and there were stains on the linnen and towels. This shouldn't happen in 3 star hotels. All the rest was good: breakfast, staff, room, location!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, excellent room, great location 10 Staff: not only they speak English very well, they are extremely attentive and helpful with customers, in particular Tien at the reception who made several calls to few vietnamese business on our behalf. Furthermore the manager of the hotel gave us a lift (for free) to the train station! Great comfortable room, but a little dark Panorama window with river view, comfortable room and bed, quiet 6,7 I really enjoyed my stay at Vina Hotel in Hue. The room was bright, the bed amongst the most comfortable I've had during my trip and the view great - I was on a higher floor with a big panorama window facing the river and was able to enjoy a beautiful sunrise over the river in the morning. The hotel is in a little side street which makes for a great quiet location, but also makes it hard to find and a little uncomfortable for a single female traveler getting back there at night/after dinner. One of the tourist areas is just a few minutes walking distance away, but the way back after 9pm is pretty dark. The staff was friendly and recommended great local food places nearby when asked (not just the usual touristy restaurants). Despite the location at night I'd stay there again and recommend it to friends.
